Surrounded by mountains like Switzerland, Banff has a clean, pristine

a four-lane Highway lies an International Airport and a city of

With a history of over 100 years in delighting all who come to witness her
splendour, it is even more precious in winter.

For a place so magical and so precious even I am constantly amazed by how few
people take advantage of its charms.
I know you will become as enchanted with Banff as I am. I came to the place in
1982, just to visit. Soon I began looking around to see how I could live

feet, the summit is no where as high as those resorts in
Colorado where you went last year. Remember how hard that

On Saturday, you come to Lake Louise to witness the world’s
best skiers, hurtling down at speeds of over 80 mph. The
competition for the first World Cup downhill of the season

the town’s official celebration of the Start of Winter. An entire block downtown
is closed to traffic. Innumerable events and friendly competitions are taking
